Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the TVET Last Mile platform ("the Service"), provided by Cognivo Tech LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an organisation account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts and organisations

The Service is multi-tenant. An account belongs to an organisation, and the first user to register becomes that organisation's owner. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under accounts you administer.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for the lawful administration of a skills or economic-inclusion programme, and not to upload unlawful content, attempt to access another organisation's data, or disrupt the Service.

3. Beneficiary data and consent

Where you record data about programme beneficiaries, you confirm you have the lawful basis and, where required, the consent to do so. The Service records consent and maintains an audit trail to support your obligations.

4. Trials and fees

Free trials provide the full platform for a limited period and may be seeded with sample data. Paid plans are billed to your organisation. No payment is collected through this website; any pricing shown is illustrative.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to organisation owners.

6. Liability

The Service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service.
