FAQ
Frequently asked questions
The things delivery partners and ministries ask us most.
Is this just an e-learning website?
No. Learning is one module among several. The platform follows a graduate's whole economic journey — enterprise tools, employment and market links, financial inclusion and longitudinal outcome tracking — all on one shared beneficiary record.
How do you measure real impact rather than activity?
Every outcome signal is stored append-only with its source, date, reporting period and verification status. The dashboard keeps enrolment and learning activity visibly separate from verified economic outcomes, and shows how much of each figure is verified versus merely reported.
Do graduates have to fill out surveys?
No. Outcomes are captured near-passively from coaching conversations, mentor session notes and consented enterprise data. A graduate generates evidence simply by using the platform and running their business.
Will it work on a basic phone with poor connectivity?
Yes. The graduate-facing surfaces are mobile-first and low-bandwidth: server-rendered pages that work before JavaScript, small payloads, and courses that can be read as transcripts when video is too expensive to load.
Where is our data stored?
Data is stored and processed in Nigeria in line with the NDPA 2023, encrypted in transit. Each organisation's data is strictly isolated from every other tenant, and every change is written to an immutable audit trail.
Is there a free plan?
There is a 14-day free trial of the full platform, but no permanent free tier. Pricing scales from a single provider to a national rollout. No payment is taken online: a plan is agreed with your account manager.
Can we use our own branding?
Yes. The product name, company name and accent colour are configuration, not code. An owner sets them for their organisation in Settings; an accent colour is accepted only if it stays readable (WCAG AA contrast) in both the light and dark themes.
Can staff sign in with their existing work accounts?
Yes, where the installation is connected to an OpenID Connect identity provider such as Google, Microsoft Entra ID or Okta. Single sign-on admits only people who already have an account — it does not create accounts — and email-and-password sign-in keeps working alongside it.
Are the SMS, WhatsApp and payment features live?
Outside connections are simulated by default so every flow can be tried end to end; each screen says which mode it is in. Live providers are switched on by the installation's configuration where supported.
