Everything the last mile needs, in one record

TVET Last Mile is a platform, not a page. Each capability below reads and writes the same master beneficiary record, so a graduate's story stays whole from training completion to measured income.

Register once, identify everywhere

Graduates are registered against approved TVET data and given one unique master identifier. Every module — learning, enterprise, employment, finance — reads and writes that same record, so nothing is a disconnected silo. Profile changes keep an auditable history.

Learn on the smallest phone, the slowest network

Six short animated business courses delivered mobile-first and low-bandwidth. Content administrators publish and edit courses with no code change and no redeploy. Completion quietly emits a learning-activity signal to the tracer.

Trace outcomes over time, not snapshots

The Graduate Tracer is append-only: every outcome signal is stored with its source, date, reporting period and verification status. Income and employment are tracked across periods, so you see a trajectory from baseline — prior values are never overwritten.

Capture evidence near-passively

Outcome signals arrive from coaching conversations, mentor session notes and consented enterprise data — a graduate never has to fill out a survey to produce evidence. A verification queue lets a support officer attach evidence and confirm each signal.

Prove impact to government

The Impact Dashboard aggregates by state, LGA, trade, provider, cohort and period, and keeps enrolment/learning activity visibly separate from verified economic outcomes, each figure carrying its follow-up and verification coverage.

Secure, multi-tenant, audited

Eight roles enforced on the server, strict tenant isolation so one organisation can never read another's data, consent recorded per beneficiary, and an immutable audit trail of who did what and when.

What is real and what is simulated

Everything described on this page runs in the product you sign up to: records are stored, access is enforced per role and per organisation, and every change is audited.

Connections to outside services — SMS and WhatsApp messaging, payment and credit providers, government registries and AI models — are simulated by default. The product ships a working stand-in for each so the flows can be used end to end, and every screen that depends on one says which mode it is in. A live connection is switched on by the installation's configuration where one is supported. Single sign-on is a real OpenID Connect integration and stays hidden until a provider is configured. No payment is taken anywhere in the product.
