Skills acquisition should end in a livelihood

TVET Last Mile exists to close the gap between finishing vocational training and earning a sustainable income from it.

Why we built it

Nigeria's Federal TVET programme trains hundreds of thousands of people in real, marketable trades. But a certificate is not an income. Too often the story stops at graduation, measured in registrations, video views and logins — numbers that look like success without proving any.

TVET Last Mile is a unified digital ecosystem for the "last mile" of that journey: continuous learning, practical enterprise support, employment and market linkages, financial-inclusion pathways, graduate tracking and credible impact measurement — all built on one master record per graduate, so a person's progress is never fragmented across tools.

What makes it different

We separate programme activity from economic outcome at every level, and we capture evidence near-passively — from the graduate's own learning, coaching, mentoring and consented business activity — so the people we serve generate proof simply by moving forward, not by filling in forms. Government stakeholders get time-stamped, verifiable outcomes they can stand behind in a funder report.

Who we are

TVET Last Mile is delivered by Cognivo Tech LLC, building digital public infrastructure for skills and economic inclusion. The platform is white-label and multi-tenant, so the same foundation can serve the next national programme with a configuration change, not a rebuild.
